Oisín was born in Ireland but moved to Australia when he was five years old. Hence the ancient Irish name with Australian accent. The easiest way to pronounce it is “machine” without the “m”.

Oisin cut his teeth on organising principles in his first business—commercial cleaning. Over several years he went from cleaning toilets to managing several staff and twenty contractors, a few hours a week. He sold that business, then became a partner in a manufacturing company. Many more lessons were learned.

 About 16 years ago he started helping friends and associates with their businesses and they grew and got great results! This turned into his first consulting company which still runs to this day. As of now, he has run 7 of his own businesses in the service, manufacturing, consulting and property industries over the last 26 years.

Oisín has consulted in over 50 industries globally, with businesses ranging from start-ups to 200 million in turnover. He and his team have generated over $500 million in growth for his clients.

Vwork is an extension of his true interest—people. In his words: “I’ve always felt valuable people should get more help. Valuable people make the world run well. All productive people deserve to achieve their goals and get more done with greater ease.”

Oisin has been married 26 years and has three children. He’s a singer, songwriter and plays multiple instruments. In recent years he’s become an avid surfer.
